Financial Conditions and Cancellation

By making your reservation on our website you get the best price available. As a guarantee we will ask for your credit card to guarantee your stay and we will apply a charge of €1 to verify it, an amount that will be deducted from the total outstanding during the stay and returned in case of cancellation within the period. If you cancel 3 days before the agreed arrival date, we do not charge any fees. However, if you cancel within 3 days prior to your arrival date, or if you do not show up, we will have to charge you for one night's accommodation to compensate for the loss caused by your cancellation so close to your arrival date.

 

Conditions regarding children and extra beds

Children up to 8 years old stay free in a cot or extra bed (on prior request and subject to availability). From 9 years old, possibility of an extra bed for €20 / night. The number of extra beds and/or cots per room is not the same in all rooms and must be confirmed prior to the guests' arrival.

 

Conditions about pets

Pets are not allowed.
